The correct option is A if only conclusion I follows.
According to the statements and conclusions given, Professors are subset of scientists and some of the professors are intelligent, and no intelligent is honest.In the figure, it can be seen that at least some of professors and scientists are honest.It is clearly given in the statements that no intelligent is honest.
Hence only Conclusion 1 follows .
