Solution

The correct option is B $$\displaystyle \frac{Vr_2}{r_1 + r_2}$$
In steady state, the capacitor arm produce an infinite resistance. So, the potential difference across C is that across $$r_2$$.
So, current through $$\displaystyle r_2 = \frac{V}{(r_1 + r_2)}$$
Potential difference across $$\displaystyle r_2 = \frac{V(r_2)}{(r_1 + r_2)}$$
