Solution

The correct option is A $$0.5V$$
Voltmeter Read potential drop across it's end.
Potential Difference = $$iR$$
where $$i$$ is current and $$R$$ is resistance.
In this case ammeter is ideal, which means $$R_a=0$$
$$V=i\times 0=0$$
Since, No potential difference across voltmeter, it's reading would be Zero
