Solution

The correct option is D 10 V

$$\beta=\dfrac{i_C}{i_B}=100$$

$$I_C=100 \times \dfrac{10  mV}{1 k \Omega}=1mA$$

$$\therefore V_o=I_C\times R_o =1mA \times 10 k\Omega =10 V$$
