$A D = \sqrt{A D^{2} + O D^{2}}$
$= \sqrt{9 + 16} = 5 c m$
All the sides of rhombus are equal
$∴ A B = B C = C D = D A = 5 c m$
Perimeter $= 5 \times 4 = 20 c m$
