The correct option is A 20 Ω
R1+10R2=5050

R1+10=R2 ...(1)

Now, when 10 Ω is removed, then

R1R2=4060

R1R2=23

R2=32R1 ...(2)

Put (2) in (1), we get

R1+10=32R1

2R1+20=3R1

R1=20 Ω

Hence, the correct answer is (A).
