(i)aaf(x)dx=2a0f(x)dx,if f is even,i.e.,if f(x)=f(x)
(ii)aaf(x)dx=0, if f is odd,i.e.,if f(x)=f(x).
We can see that the limits given in the question are similar to the formula.
Let a be = 1
Also let f(x) be =x3
We know f(x)=x3 is an odd function . {since , f(-x) = - f(x)}
So,11x3dx=0
