The part of digestive canal involved in the complete digestion of food is the small intestine. The intestinal juices present in the lower part of the small intestine is responsible for the complete digestion of food. The carbohydrates get broken into simple sugars such as glucose, fats into fatty acids and glycerol and proteins into amino acids.
