Then, $r=2$ and $\theta =2\pi -{30}^{\circ }$
$x=rcos\theta =2\times cos(2\pi -{30}^{\circ })=\sqrt{3}$
$y=rsin\theta =2sin(2\pi -{30}^{\circ })=-1$
Then, Cartesian co-ordinates are $(\sqrt{3},-1)$.

Thus, the point lies in $4^{th}$ quadrant.
