Solution

The correct option is B 5^i+2^j^k
Given, ¯¯¯rׯ¯¯a=¯¯bׯ¯¯a
(¯¯¯r¯¯b)ׯ¯¯a=0

The equation of the line is
¯¯¯r¯¯b=t¯¯¯a
i.e. ¯¯¯r=¯¯b+t¯¯¯a, where t is a scalar

Similarly, the equation of the other line is ¯¯¯r=¯¯¯a+s¯¯b, where s is a scalar
If two lines intersect then,
¯¯b+t¯¯¯a=¯¯¯a+s¯¯b
i.e.t=1 and s=1
Point of intersection is ¯¯¯r=¯¯¯a+¯¯b,
i.e.5i+2jk
Hence the answer is option B
