Can you say what will be the temperature of water after every 30 second before starting the heating itself? No you cannot. As the flame is flickering and hence the heating temperature is not constant. So the set of possible outcomes is not known to us beforehand. This is one of the conditions for an experiment to be called a random experiment. So it’s not a random experiment.
