B = ( $x; x$ is an integer; $- \frac{1}{2} < n < \frac{9}{2}$ )
It can be seen that $- \frac{1}{2} = - 0.5$ and $\frac{9}{2} = 4.5$
$∴ B = (0, 1, 2, 3, 4)$
