Then according to the question

$\Rightarrow x+\frac{9}{100}=13407$

$\Rightarrow \frac{109x}{100}=13407$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{13407\times 100}{109}$

$\Rightarrow x=Rs.12300$

A .If sales tax increased 13% then

Sales price$=12300+13\%of12300$

Sales price$=12300+\frac{13}{100}\times 12300$

Sales price$=12300+1599=Rs.13899$

so customer pay$=13899-13407=Rs.492$ More

Then $M+P=12300+492=Rs.12792$
