Suppose Madhu starts walking from a point A.

She walks $15m$ towards North, then turns left and walk$30m$ then turns right and walk $25m$.

Let $D$ be the end point of Madhu.

Now after completing the walk she make a right angle triangle $BCD$ at point $B$ with base $DC=25m$ and height $BC=30m$.

$\therefore B{D}^2=B{C}^2+D{C}^2={30}^2+{25}^2=900+625=1525$

$\therefore BD=39m$

$\therefore$ Madhu is $54m$ North-West from the starting point.

Hence, option A is correct.
