Question

Malaria is caused by female anopheles mosquito . The parasite is stored in the saliva of mosquito,then why the mosquito is not affected with malaria

Solution

To start with plasmodium is a protozoan and not a virus.
And It requires to go through two life cycles to make its life complete.
One happens in the mosquito and the other in humans.
Mosquitoes don't have red blood cells or liver like humans do.
Its by affecting those organs that malaria gets manifested.
And anyway the stages happening within mosquito is not infective for it.
