Solution

The ovaries produce eggs/ova and secrete the female sex hormones - oestrogen and progesterone. The uterus is a pear-shaped, muscular, thick-walled organ in which the fertilised egg is implanted and grows into a baby. Copulatory organ in males is the penis. Sperm are produced in the testes. Testes also secrete the male hormone testosterone.
