subject to constraints:

$x+y\ge 83x+5y\le 15x\ge 0y\ge 0$ ($1st$ quadrant)

First we will draw a graph for the constraints.

From the graph it is pretty clear that the three regions are disjoint.Hence for no value of ${}^{\prime }{x}^{\prime }$ can the expression $x=3x+2y$ be minimized .There is no domain for us to work with.Hence for this question minimization of the expression under the constraints gives is not possible.
