The correct option is B $r_{1} < r_{2}$
It is to be noted that refractive index of a medium is directly proportional to angle of deviation i.e. if a medium is optically denser then the light will bend more towards the normal.

if $μ_{1} > μ_{2}$ then $r_{2} > r 1$ as for $μ_{1}$ light will bend more towards the normal.
