The three parts of the female reproductive system in humans are the vagina, uterus and ovaries.
(a) Vagina : It provides passage to the sperms, the menstrual blood and also for the foetus during child birth.
(b) Uterus : Due to strong muscles and ability to expand and contract the uterus can accommodates the growing foetus and can also push the baby during labor.
(c) Ovaries : They secrete hormone estrogen which bring about changes in girls during puberty.
