(i) As leaders both created a process that develops followers as they are able to affect people in the organisation to follow them.
(ii) Both leaders can influence people to follow their point of view.
(iii) Both are capable of influencing a group of people in an organisation to achieve organisational goals.
(iv) Both leaders stressed on mutuality and ethical role by the leader wherein the leader would not use force or unethical behaviour towards their followers in their respective countries.
