Perimeter of square field = 4 $\times$ 22 = 88 m
Length of rectangular field = 10 m
Breadth of rectangular field = 12 m
Perimeter of rectangular field = 2(10 + 12)
= 2(22) = 44 m
$\therefore$ Distance covered by Niharika = 3 $\times$ 88
= 264 m
And distance covered by Girish = 2 $\times$ 44
= 88 m
So, Niharika covers more distance than Girish and by (264 - 88) m = 176 m
