B denotes gametes of F1 progeny $\left(Bb\right)$. It will produce two types of gametes $B$ and $b$, as it has two types of alleles (heterozygous condition).

C is phenotypic ratio which will be $3:1(Blueflowered:Whiteflowered)$

D is genotypic ratio which will be $1:2:1(BB:Bb:bb)$
