The correct option is B

12 bowls sugar


For every 5 bowls of flour, 3 bowls of sugar are needed.

So, the ratio of bowls of sugar to bowls of flour for making the cake is 35

Hence, for 20 bowls of flour, she should put the sugar in such way that ratio remains same.

Let the number of bowls of sugar be x.

35=x20

x=(20×3)5

x=12

So, for 20 bowls of flour, she needs 12 bowls of sugar.
