Circulatory system otherwise known as cardiovascular system consists of:
- Heart – muscular organ, located in chest cavity, between lungs. It has 4 chambers, two upper and two lower.
- Blood- is the body’s fluid connective tissue. It transport nutrients, hormones, minerals etc.
- Blood vessels – pathways through which blood travels through the body.
- Lymphatic system – consists of another body fluid called lymph. It is otherwise called interstitial fluid.
