Solution

Earth's atmosphere acts as an greenhouse as there is carbon dioxide and some other gases present in it which are greenhouse gases

they does not allow the heat or UV Ray's of the sun to reflect back from Earth's surface this cuses a rise in Earth's temperature which is also called greenhouse effect.

in this way atmosphere acts as a greenhouse.

The earths atmosphere is act as the greenhouse because the gases present in the atmosphere such as carbon di oxide (CO2) form a roof of a greenhouse.
Does during the day , the sun shines through the atmosphere. Earth's surface warms up in the sunlight . At night earth's surface cools, releasing hte heat back into the air.
