Solution

Answer:

Given values:

Current, I = 10 mA = 0.01 A;
Time, T = 1 sec;
Charge, Q = ?

As per the formula:

Charge = Current x Time
Q = 0.01 x 1
Q = 0.01 C

Now,

Apply,
Q = n x e
n x 1.6 x 10-19 = 0.01
n = 0.01/1.6 x 10-19
n = 0.00625 x 1019
No of electrons are 6.25 x 1016
