Both the diseases AIDS as well as cancer are fatal but which one is more dangerous? Which disease can be recognised more easily in initial or early stage?

Yes, both AIDS and Cancer are fatal but there have been cases when people have cured successfully from cancer. But cancer is of several types and the comparison on them in general will not be fair. Detection of both the diseases is difficult and it would be controversial as to which one can be detected first as both might not show any symptoms in initial stages.
