If AIDS can be transmitted by blood transfusion then why don't mosquitoes as as a vector?

AIDS cannot be transmitted through mosquitoes.
Mosquitoes suck on the blood but when they bite into another organism they inject their saliva not blood of the previous organism. hence there is no blood transfusion occurring. So mosquitoes do not transmit AIDS.
