It is said that not to sleep in a closed room with burning wooden thing because it may release cabon monooxides but if the amount of carbon monoxide will increase and the amount of oxygen will decease so how the wooden will burn because oxgen (air) is very iimportant for combustion.explain in detail.

Actually Chanchal you are absolutely right the oxygen is the essential condition for the burning process to occur but once the wooden block burn with the present amount of oxygen in the room its tends to release Carbon monoxide even in the absence of burning process due to rise in room temperature in closed room. This absence of oxygen and rise in temperature do not able to stop Carbon monoxide to release from the ash left after the burning process. Secondly the carbon monoxide released during early stage of burning is still in the room and enough to cause harm to your body.
