state the diference between storms, cyclone, tornado, thunderstorm

  1. Storms are formed due to uneven heating of atmosphere around earth. The air near to earth's surface heated up and cooler air fill its space. The hot air cools due to the presence of water vapors in the atmosphere. Get condense to form water droplet and with time forms a big cloud then gets so heavy that the condensed water falls to earth as precipitation.
  2. A thunderstorm is a storm which is accompanied with lightning and thunder along with heavy rainfall or hail.
  3. A cyclone is a violent storm in which the air goes round in circles. It is formed when low atmospheric pressure is created over the sea.
  4. Tornado is a mobile, destructive vortex of violently rotating winds having the appearance of a funnel-shaped cloud and advancing beneath a large storm system.
