Total number of possible outcomes for Peter = 36.
Possible outcomes for Peter to get product 25 is (5,5).
Total number of possible outcomes for Rina = 6.
Possible outcomes for Rina to get the number whose square is 25 is 5.

Now, P(Peter will get 25)=$\frac{1}{36}.$
And, P(Rina will get 25)=$\frac{1}{6}.$
Since $\frac{1}{36}<\frac{1}{6}$, So Rina has better chances of getting 25.
