A woman has only daughters. Analyse the situation genetically and provide a suitable explanation.

The woman produces ova with a pair of ‘X’ chromosomes. The man produces sperms with X and Y chromosome which actually determines the sex of the baby. In this case, both daughters have received X chromosome from their father. Hence woman has only two daughters.
