Let present age of Rakhi= x years

= Present age of Mother= 4x

5 years later

Age of Rakhi=(x+5)

Age of Mother=(4x+5)

ATQ (According to Question)

(4x+5)= 3(x+5)

4x+5 = 3x+15

4x-3x = 15-5

x = 10

Hence, the present age of Rakhi = 10

the present age of Mother = 4x = 4×10=40
