If we read graph carefully we find that grasshopper can make sounds ranging from 10000Hz to above 100,000Hz approximately ,and sounds those grasshopper can hear are ranging from 10000Hz to 20,000Hz approximately . Hence a grasshopper can make a wider range of sounds than what it can hear .
