The side of the square sheet 'a' = 20 cm
The breadth of the rectangular sheet 'b' = 10 cm
The area of the square sheet = $a^2$ = 20 × 20 = 400 $c{m}^2$
As per the given data, area of the rectangular sheet = Area of the square = 400 $c{m}^2$
Area of the rectangular sheet = 400 $c{m}^2$
A= l × b = 400 $c{m}^2$
l × 10 = 400 $c{m}^2$
l = 40
So, the length of the rectangular sheet = l = 40 cm.
