(i) What is his investment?
(ii) If the dividend is 7.5%, what will be his annual income?
(iii) If he wants to increase his annual income by Rs 150, how many extra shares should he buy?

part (ii): 1 Mark
part (ii): 2 Marks

(i) Investment = 50×132=Rs6600
(ii) Annual dividend =7.5100×100×50
= Rs 375
(iii) Dividend on 1 share =7.5100×100
= Rs 7.50
Number of shares, whose dividend is
Rs 150=1507.50=20 shares
So, he should by 20 more shares to increase his annual income by Rs 150.
