i) Two different parents are involved in sexual reproduction. So the chromosomal variation is seen in the offspring. As both gametes fused to form a zygote. Whereas in asexual reproduction, a single parent is involved to produce offspring where no gamete formation occurs. Thus, they show minor variations as compared to sexual ones.
ii) Euglena undergoes asexual reproduction and reproduces. The entire process happens by the binary fission method. The division of cells into two daughter cells is known as binary fission.
