Let, initially no2 has 1 mole

0.6n of O2 dissociates to 1.2n of O 
So, mixture consists of 0.4n of O2 and 1.2n of O.

(CV)mix=1.2×32×R+0.4×52×R1.6
Final heat capacity
=(1.8+1)R1.6=74R
Initial heat capacity =52R
