The correct option is D 4.75
NH4OH (a base) and NH4Cl (a salt) undergoes dissociation as follows:-
NH4OHNH+4+OH
NH4ClNH+4+Cl
Due to the common ion effect, the reaction of dissociation of NH4OH shifts to the left.
Here, the given information is :-
  1. Concentration of salt NH4Cl = 0.1N
  2. Concentration of the base NH4OH=0.N
  3. pH of the solution is 9.25
pOH= 14 - pH = 14 - 9.25 = 4.75
We know that,
pOH=pKb+log[salt][base] (but here concentration of salt = concentration of base and [log10(1)=0])
pOH=pKb=4.75
Hence, the correct answer is option (B).
