To find out: The value of x

Transporting the constant term to RHS and the variable x to the LHS, we get:
2x+x=(15)+(13)

3x=(3+515)

3x=(815)

x=(845)

x=845 is the solution of the given equation.

Let us now substitute the value of x in the equation to verify the solution.

(i) Substituting the value on LHS:
