$=40-8+\underset{–}{3\times 4}$
$=40-8+12$
$=32+12=44$

$Case3:$
$25+\underset{–}{180÷9}\times 4-5$
$=25+\underset{–}{20\times 4}-5$
$=25+80-5$
$=105-5=100$

$Case4:$
$(24\times 5+8)$
$=120+8$
$=128$

Hence, the arrangement of solutions in the ascending order will be,
