In 1936, Hitler took the demilitarised region of Rhineland. He then captured Vienna, the capital of Austria. After that, he set his sights on Sudetenland that he captured on 5th October, 1938. Five months later, Hitler went on to capture the whole of Czechoslovakia. In 1939, Hitler attacked Poland and captured it as well.
