ABPQ=BCQR=ACPR (Corresponding sides)
or ABPQ=12BC12QR
ABC=PQR (Corresponding angles)
Now, AD and PM are medians of ABC and PQR respectively,
Thus, in ABD and PQM
ABD=PQM (Since, ABCPQR)
ABPQ=BDQM (AD and PM are medians)
