Suppose we're going in a car at a high speed and one window is opened , whereas others are closed. What problem will we feel?

As the Air pressure inside the car will increase . It is because no passage for the air inside the car to go out and through the only passsage the air is entering with high speed. The increase in pressue makes much difficult to driver especially his ears and face.
He may lose his balance due to change in pressure regulation of ears(cochlea inside the air)
