$10$ year before

$\frac{x-10}{x-10}=\frac{1}{7}$

$7x-70=y-10$

$7x-y=60$

$10$ year after

$\frac{x+10}{x+10}=\frac{1}{2}$

$2x+20=y+10$

$2x-y=-10$

$2x-y=60$
