You need to first identify what is going to happen here. Take a hint from the question! It asks for the alkene formed, clearly this is an elimination reaction.
And if you paid attention in the videos, this is simply the Hoffmann elimination reaction. The key idea being that the less substituted alkene (Hofmann alkene) is formed.
