The geometry of CO2 is linear. Therefore the bond angle is maximum 180o in it.

In H2O the central atom O has two lone pairs. The repulsion between lone pairs and lone pair-bond pair decreases the bond angle.

In CH4 there are 4 H bonded to central C atom which are arranged in a tetrahedral position to minimize the repulsion between them therefore the bond angle is smaller than it is in CO2.
