Fleming's Right-hand rule shows the direction of induced current when a conductor attached to a circuit moves in a magnetic field. The right hand is held with the thumb, index finger and middle finger mutually perpendicular to each other (at right angles), as shown in the diagram.

Here on applying Fleming’s right-hand rule, we get the direction of current as from A to B. In the right arm, the direction of current will be from C to D. In a galvanometer, when current enters the terminal from the right-hand side of the galvanometer, the needle deflects to the left. Hence, the galvanometer deflects to the left. So the answer is option (A).
