$\Rightarrow$ Let property value of Mugilan be $x$.
property value of Agil = $x+20$
property value of Anitha = $x+20+50$

According to the question,

$\Rightarrow$ $130\times 3=x+x+20+x+20+50$

$\Rightarrow$ $390=3x+90$

$\Rightarrow$ $3x=300$

$\therefore$ $x=100$

$\Rightarrow$ The value of property of Anitha $=100+20+50=170$
