We know that.

$F=ma$

$\Rightarrow a=\frac{F}{m_1+m_2+m_3}$

$\Rightarrow a=\frac{36}{1+8+27}=1m/s^2$

$\therefore T_2=\frac{(m_1+m_2)\times F}{m_1+m_2+m_3}=(m_1+m_2)a$

$=\frac{(1+8)36}{36}$

$=9N$

Hence, option $\left(B\right)$ is correct answer.
